We do not claim ownership over your uploads or outputs but may embed verifiable watermarks, hashes, or tags to investigate abuse or ownership disputes. If you distribute or sell outputs at scale, ensure proper rights to underlying assets and disclose AI generation to end users when required.
We do not use your uploaded or generated content to train or fine-tune models unless you opt in explicitly.
You may use AI outputs so long as you comply with these Terms and respect third-party rights, including any disclosure requirements.
We may rely on anonymized or aggregated data to debug, prevent abuse, improve the product experience, and remove violating content when necessary.
Free or non-commercial tiers only authorize personal, non-commercial use. Upgrading to an eligible commercial plan automatically grants the matching license and requires adherence to its restrictions. Unauthorized commercialization may result in account termination, credit forfeiture, or legal action, and we may rely on embedded watermarks as evidence.
Core features rely on third-party providers for payment processing, cloud storage, email services, analytics, and AI model execution. Their availability and terms may change at any time. You authorize us to share necessary information with these providers. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by third-party failures.

AI outputs may contain errors, bias, or inappropriate content and are not guaranteed to be accurate, lawful, or fit for any purpose. The Service is provided as-is without assurances of availability, flawlessness, or absolute security. Review outputs carefully and assume full risk for their use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of violations, unpaid fees, abnormal usage, rights-holder complaints, legal orders, or security risks, deleting or retaining necessary data as required. You may request account closure at any time but remain responsible for outstanding charges. After termination we may keep essential logs as permitted by law.
You will indemnify Seedance 2.5, its affiliates, employees, and partners from third-party claims or losses arising from your use of the Service, generated content, or violations of these Terms. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or lost-profit damages; total direct liability is capped at the fees you paid during the billing period immediately preceding the dispute.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to email support@seedance2-5.org and allow a 30-day resolution period. Unresolved disputes must proceed to binding arbitration (or the specified court) on an individual basis, and both parties waive class actions to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seedance 2.5 and supersede prior understandings. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. You may not assign these Terms without written consent, whereas we may assign them when necessary. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver.
